Fightin’ Fire with Fire

To be fair and impartial, even though I’m not impartial, if rumors are true John McCain will be picking Mitt Romney as his VP choice. That would be a horrible choice for a number of reasons (just search Mitt Romney here and you’ll see why), and there is these video tidbits that the Obama campaign could use against the McCain campaign.

I’m just sayin’…

I think Joe Lieberman may be McCain’s VP choice, largely because Huckabee and Romney supporters have fought so viciously that it would do great harm to McCain’s current standing.

Oops–I meant to say it would do harm to McCain’s current popularity if Huckabee or Romney is picked.

  3. Gregg Jackson Says:

Yeah, your’re right Christopher. McCain doesn’t need his base on election day. He can win without em. Can’t argue with you there my friend:-)

At least Governor Romney never questioned John McCain’s qualifications to lead. That seems to me to be a HUGE difference.

This is sounding more and more like the Nazis or Soviet spies all the time! Cindy Sheehan came back to her hotel room and found a man trying to bug her phone, which the man and hotel both claimed was necessary as a result of “difficulties and malfunctions with the phones”. Is the government so scared of the slightest criticisms that they want the delegates’ phones tapped?

    Kathy,

That is a hollow argument coming from a hollow man like Romney. If he says John McCain cannot stand up to a lightweight such as Barack Obama, how could he stand up to Putin or Ahmadinejad? That clearly brings into question McCain’s ability to lead.
