You know I've been writing about Alan Keyes (check RenewAmerica.us and click on my column) and how not only is he being shut out by the media, the Iowa Republican party STILL refuses to count his vote count there!! This is plain bigotry! Keyes is the best choice for the Republican party, the rest of them are pseudo-conservative. People should stop and think, don't vote for a Republican candidate just because you feel that's the only choice you have. Alan Keyes hasn't dropped out of the race. Word of mouth can still get around for him, I've written articles and he also has a link where you can get bumper stickers and other material. Even if I have to write in Keyes during the primary, I will. I will vote my conscience. It's despicable what the media is doing. Look what happened to Ron Paul and Duncan Hunter. The only publicity that Paul got was online mostly. Hunter, he barely got publicity..and was at a few debates. You were the first person I thought of when I heard the news today. I agree with you on all the others- and I can't imagine any of them as president. Honestly, I just don't see it. Like you, only I've been thinking of him before I even thought of Fred Thomspson, Alan Keys would have got my vote- if I could vote. The left keep playing the race thing, and I just did a post about this on No Apologies, about the "Black Thing"- in that the liberals seem to think they have a corner on Black, and the media follows along like a bunch of slobbering dogs. Ambassador Keys is a Devout Christian, and a true conservative- which are 2 reasons he is NOT getting any public voice time. Aw Dave, in as much as I love this country- I am kind of glad I can't vote this time around. I wouldn't want to have that on my shoulders either. I really feel for you.
