When my husband isn't with us and my boys have to go to the bathroom, I always make them go in the bathroom with me. They hate it, but I don't want to take a chance. I agree, the ACLU is sickening. I doubt they would be too willing to take up a case like that. The aclu makes me sick- but what's worse is that they are awarded many millions every year for really disturbing cases they do win.
